I get it! Life can throw curve balls and be painful at times. For all it's rough going, I also know life can be great too.

Over the years, I've been through the rollercoaster of running businesses, employing staff,  raising a family of sons, and experiencing intense grief and loss.  

I know first hand that sometimes we need a bit of a gentle steer to help navigate through those tough times.

As a coach for people experiencing changes in their lives I help them gain perspective, explore options, and find the right solutions.  

Along the way you'll engage your strengths and learn new tools and strategies that help you move forward with confidence.

When you’re right in the middle of events it can be hard to stop spiraling downwards. I’ve seen the impact it can have on relationships, work and confidence. 

That’s why I give my clients space to untangle their thoughts and harness their strengths. 

I work with compassion and understanding to help them gain perspective,  take purposeful actions and move forward with positivity.

One of the hardest things I’ve ever done was to ask for help, and I desperately needed it. Now, with the benefit of time and healing, I know what it was that prevented me from asking; I was terrified. I was going to have to be vulnerable and it was going to hurt… bad. What followed saved me. I felt completely comfortable being vulnerable with Pauline. I felt free and, ultimately, unburdened. And I learnt a new and sustainable way of engaging with life. It’s hard to beat that.
