Many of my clients have encountered big life changes that have left them feeling stuck. 

They’re feeling grief after the loss of a loved one. Or loss of purpose after a redundancy or divorce. 

You’d be surprised at how kids leaving home means we lose our identity. 

Even the threat of change can leave us feeling anchorless, emotional and lashing out at others. 

Hi, I'm Pauline Wrigley

Over the past 30 years, I've been able to counsel and coach people at life-changing points in their lives.  

We all have our particular strengths. 

And, with the right guide, we can draw on these strengths to trudge through the tangle of emotions we're stuck in, clear our head and find the right solutions to make new plans that mean we can move forward with confidence.




Maybe you've thought about seeing a counsellor or coach before but didn't think talk would help. Or thought, "It's not that bad … yet!" 

Trust me when I say that the best way to get through times of change is to sit down and share your story with me.

Pauline was an exceptional counsellor to me during some pretty emotionally trying times. At our first meeting, we'll just talk! You'll be able to tell your story in a safe place confidentially and without judgement. 

When we've unravelled your story and found out where you're at, we'll start to create a plan based on your goals. 

Most importantly, I make sure you're ok and have some practical tools to take away and some actions to get you started on your journey.

It can take time to unpack what's going on, and helping you find the right tools to move forward can take time. 

To make the progress you're looking for, we meet as needed. We continue to unravel your story, review your progress and your wellbeing, refine your action plan and equip you with additional tools. So, we make sure you're progressing towards your goals with hope and confidence.
